Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships or is produced to receive a full refund. Cancellations are not possible once the product has left our facility.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. Shipping fees for returns will be charged once only. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
